About this role
The Intern will join Kylla as an Intern Investment Analyst, supporting the team across a range of investment banking and advisory activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting market research and financial analysis to evaluate industries, companies, and potential investment opportunities.
Supporting the development of investment opportunities through due diligence, benchmarking, and financial assessments.
Preparing and reviewing financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documents.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and materials for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
Engaging with investors and supporting the execution of fundraising mandates and capital-raising activities.
The Intern will perform these duties under the supervision of a designated mentor within the Company and will gain exposure to international investment transactions, cross-border deal-making, and strategic corporate advisory.
Background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or final-year Bachelor’s preferred).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
Interest in international business, investment banking, venture deals and corporate finance.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Hands-on experience in international investment banking and advisory.
Direct exposure to cross-border transactions and fundraising mandates.
Mentorship and training from experienced professionals.
